WELCOME

Created in memory of our sons, the Ezra & Elias Hope Foundation exists to raise awareness, foster connection, and create space for honest conversations around pregnancy and infant loss. We are building a compassionate community in the High Desert and beyond where families feel seen, supported and never alone.

Our Focus Areas

1

Awareness & Education

We work to raise awareness around pregnancy and infant loss, address the silence and dismissal families often experience, and educate the public through storytelling, shared resources, and open conversation.

2

Resources & Gentle Guidance

We’re building a thoughtful collection of grief resources and supportive information to help families navigate pregnancy and infant loss with clarity, compassion, and dignity.

3

Community Support & Connection

We’re creating support circles and community spaces where families can connect, share, and feel understood, so no one has to face pregnancy or infant loss alone.

Future Family Assistance: As our foundation grows, we hope to offer burial or cremation support for families facing loss. This assistance is not yet available and will be offered as resources allow.

Why Our Work Matters

The High Desert faces some of the highest risks for mothers and babies in California. Our mission is to bring compassion, connection, dignity, and hope to the families who need it most.

High Infant Mortality

In the High Desert, about 6.6 out of every 1,000 babies do not survive, one of the highest rates in the county.

Maternity Care Desert

Many families must travel long distances for basic maternity care, increasing risks when care is delayed.
